In a Tuesday announcement, Nissan Motors revealed that its new Leaf electric car, which will hit the Japanese markets in December this year, will be priced at 3.76 million yen. However, under existing subsidies and tax breaks from the government, the price-tag of the Leaf will be lowered by around 770,000 yen, bringing its cost down to nearly 2.99 million yen.
